Dear Onsite Customer,

Given recent COVID 19 events be assured that all of us at Onsite are concerned and acting on the safety and well-being of our staff, families and business partners.

For over 20 years, we have been honored by the trust you place in us partnering on your projects and in your business. We expect you to be our business partners for the next 20 years by actively working our way through the current challenges together.

In today’s environment, we want to provide you information as to how we are securing our staff, clients, and business. It begins with amending our Health and Safety policies to include the BC Centre for Disease control's (BCCDC) recommended actions which include but are not limited to the following:

1. Strict 10 day self-isolation work from home policy and contacting public health if any COVID-19 symptoms (fever, coughing, difficulty breathing, sneezing) and exposure, or just exposure exist.
2. Strict self-isolation work from home policy after the onset of any of the COVID-19 symptoms (without exposure) until you receive a negative test result and symptoms have cleared.
3. Work from home policy for staff at high risk or with high risk family at home.
4. Work from home options for staff upon approval from management.
5. Increased cleaning and disinfection of all office spaces, vehicles and equipment.
6. Deactivation of all office kitchens, food and beverage supply.
7. Restricted, by appointment only, non-employee access to all our offices.
8. Restricted, upon approval, travel on public transportation.
9. Social distancing (2m) with co-workers, clients and suppliers.
